In her work, Barbara Heé perceives the body as a collector of energy and the space between the bodies as an electrically charged field. The cylindrical bodies she creates are massive forms made of thrown and rolled clay. She most often assembles a large number of such pieces and spreads them out in the exhibition space. The Kunstgiesserei has cast many such constellations of cylindrical bodies in bronze.
