Trinkwasser 2003
For the project series Belluard – Bollwerk in Fribourg
(CHE), the video artist Franziska Koch created a fountain sculpture
that was installed in the pedestrian zone for six months. The
aluminium figure, in the form of a woman holding a shopping
bag, was produced from an impression of a body. The fountain’s
water distribution system carried drinking water to the head
where it flowed from the eyes as if it were tears. |
