Standortstein 2003
According to Theilkäs, casting "Standort" in
bronze personally was meant to conclude his long years of working
on the Schafberg (CHE). Over three days on the peak (2371 meters
above sea level), he produced a negative form of a gneiss cliff
that rises out of the earth behind the Segantini-Hütte.
The “Standortstein“ as a bronze casting, as well
as other works made in connection with the Schafberg can be
seen in August/September 2004 at Chesa Planta in Samaden. |
